Service Policies 
  • We are open 4 days a week for your connivance. Other days,by special request only.
  • Your requests are e-mails only, we will call you back to confirm your appointment.
  • Please let us know ahead of time if you have any special needs or allergies.
  • When booking, please let us know you are using a gift certificate.
  • Please give me a 24 hour notice of a cancellations to avoid full charges. Please consider that time has been booked especially for you and someone is waiting for your appointment.
  • Gift certificates are considered deposits and may not be refundable for no shows.
  • A last minute cancellation is considered a no-show.
  • Donations of gift certificates are not transferable for other services.
  • Please leave your children at home, they are not allowed to wait for you unsupervised.
  • All prices can be subject to change.
  • Leave your valuables at home for your safety.
  • We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
